After-sale Service

1. Warranty service

a). Warranty: 1 year (started from the goods acceptance date).
b). Maintenance / Onsite support: we could conduct a onsite support for the first time installation &operation, or comprehensive testing and maintenance on site within warranty period, but the specific time and coordinate staff (visa, round trip air tickets and accommodation) shall be arranged by your company in advance.
c). Testing and maintenance items include: the lock state, software, and visual inspection, etc. whose damages will be repaired by our company for free in the warranty period (except for man-made damage).
d). Maintenance report: every time when maintenance is completed, we will issue a report for maintenance, adjustment or repair which requires to be signed by the two parties to confirm the service.
e). Daily maintenance procedures: when received client’s feedback on fault phenomenon, our team will guide remotely on phone or video call to solve the problem depending on the specific fault after getting your feedback in details. If the remote guidance cannot solve the problem, we may have to move into an on-site repair with your staffs’ companion. The service list shall be filled to inform the failure and processing results after completing the maintenance and signed by the person in charge.

2. Service plan after the expiration of the warranty

When warranty expires, our company will provide follow-up services with two optional solutions according to the different needs of customers:

a). The annual maintenance plan. Client pays for an annual maintenance plan service package. Our company is responsible for maintenance and testing twice a year. The labor costs, travel expenses, spare parts and accessories of maintenance (not including the loss and damage to the people) are included in the service package.
b). Repair and maintenance plan by times. Our company will carry out on-site service after receiving your maintenance requests and the costs of labor and accessories shall be paid by your company. Daily maintenance method will be trained to your staff by our company.

3. Service commitment

Warranty period:

a). Our company will be responsible for the quality problems arising from the maintenance, replacement of parts and related materials.
b). Artificial damage will be repaired by our company, but the damaged devices shall be paid.

4. Expiration of the warranty period


a). Our company provides lifelong maintenance, but the user is responsible for the cost of labor and material and coordinate staff (visa, round trip air tickets and accommodation) .
b). Our company also provides charging upgrades and improvements according to the customer’s requirements.

  • 1. Are you manufacturer or Trade Company?

    We are manufacturer, established in 1996, we have our own foreign trade department.

  • 2. What's the order process?

    a. Inquiry--- The more information you provide, the suitable product we can provide for you.

    b. Quotation---Official quotation form with all clear specifications.

    c. Printing file--- PDF, Ai, CDR, PSD, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

    d. Sample confirmation (if applicable) --- Sample will be shipped out in 15 working days.

    e. Payment terms--- T/T 30% in advance +T/T 70% before shipment; Irrevocable L/C at sight.

    f. Production---Mass production.

    g. Shipping--- by sea, air or train and detailed picture of package will be provided.

  • 3. Which terms of payment do you accept?

    T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

  • 4. What is the MOQ?

    Normally we can accept 1 set order, but the unit price could be higher.

  • 5. Can you customize lockers?

    Yes, we do OEM&ODM, the size, color, software,doors number,function etc. can also be customized according to client's requirement.

  • 6. What's your lead time?

    Usually 20-30 working days.

  • 7. How to operate the locker?

    We will provide operation manual and operation video to you.

  • 8. How to install and test your products?

    We have a professional after-sales team that will guide you how to install through installation manual or video, and if necessary, we will even send installation engineers and salesmen to the site to help you install and train your staffs. We will test well before delivery.
